All orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined case by case.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
AOC Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local authorities.

RETURNS
We allow returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. To request a return, please contact us at aocstudioinfo@gmail.com with your order details.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If part of your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items first. The remaining items will be dispatched as soon as they are restocked.

IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
