How to Track my order?

Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. Sit back and relax, we’ll process and dispatch your order within 3–5 days. Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive another email with your Tracking ID. Your order will typically reach you in the next 3–5 days after dispatch. You can track your order using the Tracking ID provided.

Publication & Zines etc: 5-15 Days

What if I don’t receive the tracking ID?

You will receive the tracking ID after we dispatch your order, which usually takes 3 to 5 days. It will be sent to you via email or message by the delivery company. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, feel free to contact us using the details above.

What if my product gets lost?

If your product gets lost, don’t worry, we will issue a full refund.

What if I don’t receive my complete order?

Most orders arrive in two separate deliveries since we have different vendors for different products. Usually, all apparel comes in one delivery. If something is missing by mistake, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible.
