Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

Product Quality issues
In the case of issues related to misprinting or damaged or defective product sent to the customer, it must be communicated to AOC Studio within 5 days upon the delivery of the product. And later we will send you a new product or refund. must be contacted via  email / aocstudioinfo@gmail.com

Sizing issues
We have a limited and exclusive sale collection, which means exchanging and returning would not be possible on over sizing issues. Please ensure you check our size chart before ordering any product. For assistance, contact us via email / aocstudioinfo@gmail.com

Cancellations by the customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back to the customer. If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.

Manner of Refund
Refund will be processed through the same mode within 7 working days. Customers can cancel the order within 2-3 hours after placing the order.
